The proverbial "Fork in the Road". The trail is well marked. But it's starting to warm up so lets get a move on.

But, before you know it the temperature is in the 80's and

working its way to the 90's. Take frequent rests in the shade, when you can find it. When you are walking in the narrow parts of the canyon, hug the side the shade is on. But be alert for rock falls. Keep drinking that water! Don't drink it from the creek - you may get Giardiasis - an intestinal infection. I get a shiver up my butt just thinking about it.
